I tried 32x28, 32x27 and 32x26. The 26 probably would have been the best length but the waist and legs were smaller than the 27. I went with the 27 length and they fit nicely. I am 5'4" and 140lbs. The seat and thigh are a little loose compared to slim or skinny Levi's but are comfortable. The zipper opening is shorter than Levi's and the front pocket depth is also shallower. Overall, I like the pants and bought black as well. I may buy gray, but khaki looks a bit light for my taste.

These fit perfectly, tighter than the regular core stretch jeans I also purchased but still great, except for those who half larger calf muscles. For perspective Im 5' 1.5" with a 24.5" inseem, ordered 25in and the honestly fit great. I've lost a lot of weight in the past 9 months so I was nervous but ended up sizing down on the waist and glad I did. They stretch well and look enough like Chinos that I am able to wear them to my office job and actually be comfortable while having correct length, something ive been unable to obtain with in store pants due to my short legs. The only downside for me is that my favorite style of pants have always been skinny/slim because even with long lengths the taper allowed my shoes to keep the ends off the ground. But now with correctly sized my genetic pre-disposition to larger calf muscles has pointed out an issue I didn't know I would have, that being my pants coming up my calves and sticking after sitting down. Its been an adjustment but even with having to pull them back down when i get up extremely pleased with the purchase. Will be getting more when summer winds down and the budget allows.
